Delivery charges, if any, are shown in your order summary before payment. The current checkout configuration applies complimentary standard shipping to eligible orders.

Promotional offers and coupon discounts are shown before you place your order. If an offer has a condition or exclusion, it must be shown in checkout before it is applied.

After an order is confirmed, you can view its status from your account. When courier details are assigned, the order page can show the courier, tracking number, tracking link, and estimated delivery date.

Delivery timing depends on the delivery address, courier serviceability, and operational conditions. Please rely on the latest estimate shown with your order rather than an assumed delivery date.

You can request cancellation from your account while an order is still eligible and has not entered the courier journey. Orders already on their way cannot be cancelled from the account.

Eligible COD orders are cancelled immediately. For a captured online payment, a cancellation request is reviewed before the refund is processed; we do not treat a request as a completed refund.

Return requests can be submitted from your account only after delivery, within seven days of the delivery event. Select the item and provide a reason so our team can review the request.

An approved request is not refunded until the returned item is received and processed. We will record the outcome against your order so you can follow the return status from your account.

Approved refunds for captured online payments are sent through the original payment method. You will receive an order update when the refund has been processed.

COD refunds require manual handling because there is no online payment to reverse. If a COD return is approved, contact support to confirm the refund method and required details.
